Our goal here at Rosefarm.Com International, is to fill your order with the freshest and finest flowers available, from our farms, the local flower markets, and from our international growers. We constantly strive to improve our quality control and production procedures to ensure your 100% satisfaction with every flower arrangement you purchase. Since we are dealing with a highly perishable product, occasionally there may be a quality issue with your flowers upon receipt.

Flower arrangements are a highly perishable product and require specific care and handling after delivery which is out of our control, we cannot guarantee the vase life of any flowers. We do however; guarantee the quality of the product upon delivery, provided that the delivery was not delayed because of an address error or delivery problem created by you.

To obtain a reshipment of the order at our expense or obtain a refund simply follow the procedure below:

1. Within 48 hours of delivery, send an explanation of your problem and a copy of your e-mail confirmation to customer service

2. You MUST provide us with the ADDRESS and DATE to have the order in question picked up for return shipment to us via Federal Express (we will schedule this pick up with Federal Express, and we will be paying for it). All you have to do is have the package ready for pick up.

3. When we receive the package, we will issue the refund or re-send the order as per your instructions. Sorry, because fresh cut flowers are highly perishable, we, just like your local florist, cannot offer a replacement or refund if you do not notify us PROMPTLY of your concern.

We believe customer service is the most important area of our business. We will act promptly on our promise to make every customer and recipient proud and happy with your selectionIf you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 7 days of delivery using
any of these convenient methods listed below, and we will gladly exchange your
item, so as to rectify the issue.

If an item add on like a teddy bear or balloons is not delivered with your flower arrangement, we may process a credit for the add on item if we are unable to arrange for it to be delivered separately.

Weather effecting florist delivered products:
Severe weather conditions or other acts of God may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

Weather effecting products that are shipped:
RoseFarm.com  is not responsible for delays in delivery of florist-delivered or shipped products caused by severe weather conditions or other acts of God and cannot reimburse delivery fees on such orders.

In the event that a shipped product arrives early, the recipient can enjoy the gift early, but we are unable to offer a discount based on early deliveries .

In the event your shipped product was not delivered or attempted on the day you requested, we may be able to issue a $10.00 credit for the inconvenience. We cannot issue a credit if the delay was caused by severe weather conditions or other acts of God.

We are not responsible for flowers or shipped gifts that are left in an office overnight where heat can become an issue.

We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will get in the way of that goal; in those cases, we will do our best to ensure that we resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.

If, upon prompt retrieval from the shipper and adherence to our care instructions, your flowers do not last close to their expected vase life, we'll happily offer a replacement or credit toward a future order.

If your package is late or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately. As long as we hear from you within 5 days of the delivery date, we will be happy to replace the damaged items or offer you an appropriate credit.
