If you are not sure that someone will be available to sign for the flowers at the delivery address, then try and let the surprise recipient know that there will be a delivery. Always BE SURE that they will be home or at work for the scheduled time of delivery. We nor are responsible for the condition of your perishable fresh cut flowers if delivery is delayed because of an incorrect address provided by you or if no one was available to accept and sign for the package at the specified delivery address.

  • All deliveries are made by we do not ship our products by any other carrier or mode of transportation. * Requests for specific delivery times are not possible. All orders are delivered between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, local time. The  telephone number is Customer Service

  • Someone MUST sign for the flowers at the destination address otherwise, the package will not be left. If this happens, then the recipient will have to travel to the local DHL facility to pick up the package.
  • We ship all of our products 'Next Day 3:00pm' or standard '2nd Day' to meet your requested arrival date, depending on the time and day of the week you've placed your order. This means that the delivery will be between 8:00AM - 3:00PM local time for Next Day deliveries, and by 5:00pm for 2nd Day. * Even if you place your order days or weeks in advance, we still send your flowers one or two nights before the delivery date via DHL services as described above.

Rosefarm.Com Farms specialize in long stem roses, 22 to 24 inches tall.

Express overnight and 2nd Day service direct to the customer via DHLCustomers will receive their FedEx tracking number and order confirmation via email and may track their orders directly from our DHL tracking link.

ALL credit card transactions are fully encrypted (SSL) for maximum safety and security.

Each order is packaged in an elegant floral gift box. This insulated box ensures that each recipient receives fresh quality flowers.

In addition, our special message card is enclosed with your own personalized message.

Shipping and Delivery Prices

All of our flower selections are shipped direct from our greenhouses via overnight and 2nd Day delivery services. Each order is securely packaged in attractive, insulated gift boxes to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its destination. Your gift selection will not arrive arranged in a vase even if a vase is purchased.     

NEXT DAY SHIPPING CONDITIONS



All Grower Fresh products have the following conditions for next day arrival withstanding holidays.

  1. Plant products are available for next day shipping for orders placed with Rosefarm.com by either 1pm EST or 3pm EST depending on product selected. Most Plant products are not available for shipping to Canadian destinations. Please click here to see our product info page for delivery cut off times for individual products.
  2. All cut flower products are available for next day delivery for orders placed with Rosefarm.com by 3pm EST for US destinations. Canadian destinations have a cut off time of 12:00 noon EST.
  3. Some cut flower products are available for next day delivery for orders placed with Rosefarm.com by 5pm EST. These products change on a regular basis, without notification, and should not be advertised as available.

 

TWO DAY SHIPPING CONDITIONS



Two day shipping products are available for next day and two day shipping barring holidays.

  1. Cut off time for next day arrival is 1pm EST the day prior to arrival date for all Gift Basket products. Cut off time for next day arrival is either 1pm EST or 3pm EST the day prior to arrival date for all Unique Gift products.
  2. Cut off time for 2 day shipping for all products is 1pm EST 2 days prior to arrival date for all Gift Basket products. Cut off time for 2 day shipping for all products is 1pm EST 2 days prior to arrival date for all Unique Gift products.
  3. Two Day shipping products are currently available for US Destinations only.
  4. Shipping charges vary with all two day shipping products. These shipping charges are detailed on the two day shipping spreadsheet. Shipping charges are assigned based on the arrival date selected in the shopping cart.
  5. For FedEx shipping, Saturday & Sunday do not count as "shipping days". Therefore, orders placed for arrival on Monday would be shipped next day on Friday or 2 day on Thursday depending upon the date ordered.
  6. Logic examples below can be used to determine the correct shipping amount, shipping date, etc.

International Order Delivery Information

International deliveries are made to locations outside the United States and Canada. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability.

International deliveries can be made within 2 business days for orders placed by 2pm Eastern Time.

Orders placed after 2pm ET on Friday can be delivered by the following Tuesday.

Orders placed after 2pm ET on Saturday or anytime on Sunday can be delivered by the following Wednesday.

Since our flowers are cut fresh daily on our farms, there are no Sunday Orders are only delivered Monday through Saturday.

Orders with United States destinations received before 12:00 EST can be shipped and delivered the next available day or on your selected delivery date.

NOTE: For best results, give the destination address of where the recipient is most likely to be between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The courier requires a telephone number for the recipient in the event they need to be contacted for further delivery instructions.

NOTE: Any cut flower gift selection does not come arranged in a vase even if one is purchased. Any deliveries for funeral homes or hospitals will require the recipient to arrange the cut flowers upon arrival.

You will receive an email with your tracking number for all destinations, the evening prior to your requested delivery date. You can begin tracking your package after 11:00 pm the evening before your delivery date. Your floral selection is guaranteed to arrive on the requested delivery date (times may vary depending on time zones).

All flower orders can be shipped for Next Day Delivery if ordered before 12PM Eastern Tuesday through Saturday.  We do not deliver or Sunday or Monday. If you choose a delivery date that is not within these guidelines your order will be sent for the next possible weekday delivery day and you are liable for any up charges.

If you cancel due to your specifying a delivery date not within these guidelines and thus impossible to fulfill, you will incur a $5.00 cancellation Fee to offset the costs of processing your order. A $5.00 cancellation fee will be imposed on any order canceled by sender to offset processing costs NO EXCEPTIONS. Please don't ask us to do what our shipper cannot accomplish.

Delivery Fees:

Flower delivery charges including all possible shipping options are detailed on that flower product's description page. There are no hidden charges and you do not have to put the flowers in your cart to see these fees. We blow away the others with our beautiful Roses and 5 day a week delivery!

It is very important that someone be present to receive the delivery. In some cases the shipper will leave the delivery outside the destination but Rosefarm.com will not be responsible for loss or damage in this case! Our carrier at their sole discretion may elect not to leave a package if no one is there to receive it even if the customer requests this. This is not cause for replacement or refund.

Prices for delivery and flowers cannot be guaranteed more than 1 week in advance due to flowers being a commodity affected by the will of God. We are not responsible for Weather Delays as determined by our carrier!

More Shipping Information

Our courier delivers your flowers, fresh, to your door, on the requested delivery date. However, we do not guarantee delivery times nor do we accept time requests. The delivery time is dependant upon how many pick ups and deliveries the courier has in their area.

We do have a signature release with our courier. If the recipient is not at home during the delivery attempt, this enables the driver to leave the package at the recipient's address without a signature if they deem it is a safe location. If the driver feels the area is not safe, they will re-attempt delivery the next business day or the recipient can pick up the package at the nearest sort facility.

When placing an order we ask that you make sure all delivery information is 100% accurate. Our courier drivers do not carry phones so are unable to be reached while out on the road. We want to make sure you, our valued customer, are 100% satisfied with the product received by the recipient. When incorrect information is provided to us, this causes potential delays with the delivery and when situations such as this arise, our guarantee becomes null and void.

If an incorrect address is provided, you would have a few options to choose from to rectify the problem. You could either (a) provide us with an alternate address for the recipient. There would be a $10.00 address change fee applied to your credit card and there would be a delay of at least one business day, (b) submit a new order to the correct address for a discounted price of $10.00 less than the original order, or (c) have the recipient arrange to pick the flowers up at the nearest sort facility.

Each order is securely packaged in an attractive, insulated gift box to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its destination. Grower Direct flower selections are not available for delivery in Nunavut, or the Northwest and Yukon Territories.
