If you are not sure that someone will be available to sign for
the flowers at the delivery address, then try and let the surprise recipient
know that there will be a delivery. Always BE SURE that they will be
home or at work for the scheduled time of delivery. We nor Federal Express
are responsible for the condition of your perishable fresh cut flowers
if delivery is delayed because of an incorrect address provided by you
or if no one was available to accept and sign for the the package at
the specified delivery address.
• All deliveries are made by Federal
Express, we do not ship our products by any other carrier or mode
of transportation.
• Requests for specific delivery times are not possible. All orders
are delivered between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, local time. The
Federal Express telephone number is 1-800-GOFEDEX
• Someone MUST sign for the flowers at the destination address, otherwise,
the package will not be left. If this happens, then the recipient will
have to travel to the local Federal Express facility to pick up the package.
There is one major exception to this Federal Express policy. If the recipient
has previously filed a 'no signature required' form with their local
Federal Express office, then the Federal Express delivery driver may
elect to leave the package at the location without a signature. We have
no control over this decision.
• We ship all of our products 'Standard Overnight'. This means that
the delivery will be between 8:00AM - 4:30PM local time.
• Even if you place your order days or weeks in advance, we still send
your flowers the night before the delivery date via Federal Express 'Standard
Overnight' service as described above.

All of our flower selections are shipped
direct from our greenhouses via overnight delivery service. Each
order is securely packaged in attractive, insulated gift boxes
to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its
destination. Your gift selection will not arrive arranged in a
vase even if a vase is purchased.

Since our flowers are cut fresh daily on our farms, there are no Sunday
or Monday deliveries. Orders are only delivered Tuesday through Saturday.
Orders with United States destinations received before 1:00 EST can
be shipped and delivered the next available day or on your selected delivery
date.
Orders with Canadian destinations received before 1:00 pm EST can be
shipped and delivered the next available day or on your selected delivery
date.
NOTE: For best results, give the destination address of where the recipient
is most likely to be between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The courier requires
a telephone number for the recipient in the event they need to be contacted
for further delivery instructions.
NOTE: Any cut flower gift selection does not come arranged in a vase
even if one is purchased. Any deliveries for funeral homes or hospitals
will require the recipient to arrange the cut flowers upon arrival.
You will receive an email with your tracking number for all destinations,
the evening prior to your requested delivery date. You can begin tracking
your package after 11:00 pm the evening before your delivery date. Your
floral selection is guaranteed to arrive on the requested delivery date
(times may vary depending on time zones).

All flower orders can be shipped for Next Day Delivery if ordered before
3PM Eastern Monday through Friday or before 12 noon Saturday or your
selected delivery date as defined by the table above: WE DO NOT SHIP
OR Accept orders on Sunday. If you choose a delivery date that is not
within these guidelines your order will be sent for the next possible
weekday delivery day and you are liable for any up charges.
If you cancel due to your specifying a delivery date not within these
guidelines and thus impossible to fulfill, you will incur a $5.00 cancellation
Fee to offset the costs of processing your order. A $5.00 cancellation
fee will be imposed on any order canceled by sender to offset processing
costs NO EXCEPTIONS. Please don't ask us to do what our shippers, FedEx
and UPS cannot accomplish.
Delivery
Fees:
Flower delivery charges including all possible shipping options are
detailed on that flower product's description page. There are no hidden
charges and you do not have to put the flowers in your cart to see these
fees. We blow away the others with our beautiful Roses and 7 day a week
delivery!
It is very important that someone be present to receive the delivery.
In some cases the shipper will leave the delivery outside the destination
but Rosefarm.com will not be responsible for loss or damage in this case!
Our carrier at their sole discretion may elect not to leave a package
if no one is there to receive it even if the customer requests this.
This is not cause for replacement or refund.
Prices for delivery and flowers cannot be guaranteed more than 1 week
in advance due to flowers being a commodity affected by the will of God.
We are not responsible for Weather Delays as determined by our carrier!
